OptiRFP User Onboarding Guide

Welcome to OptiRFP! This guide will help you get started with our AI-powered RFP response platform.

Getting Started

1. Creating Your Account

  1. Visit the OptiRFP homepage and click "Start Your Free Trial Today"
  2. Complete the sign-up form with your basic information
  3. Verify your email address (if required)
  4. Set up your company profile in the account settings

2. Understanding Your Dashboard

After logging in, you'll be taken to your dashboard which provides:

  • Quick access to your recent projects
  • Status overview of ongoing proposals
  • Quick action buttons for common tasks
  • Activity timeline showing recent changes

3. Creating Your First Project

  1. Click "Create New Project" or "Upload RFP" from the dashboard
  2. Fill in the basic project details (title, client name, deadline)
  3. Upload your RFP document (supported formats: PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT)
  4. Wait for our AI to analyze the RFP (typically takes 30-60 seconds)

4. Working with RFP Analysis

Once your RFP is analyzed, you can:

  1. Review the AI-generated summary
  2. See key requirements identified
  3. View important dates and deadlines
  4. Identify evaluation criteria

5. Creating Your Proposal

Navigate through the proposal creation process:

  1. Outline: Review and customize the AI-suggested structure
  2. Draft: Generate section content based on the outline
  3. Compile: View the full proposal draft in one document
  4. Evaluate: Get AI feedback on your proposal (Business and Enterprise plans)

6. Using the Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base helps you store and reuse valuable content:

  1. Access from the main navigation
  2. Create entries for reusable content
  3. Organize entries by category
  4. Search for specific content when needed

7. Managing Your Subscription

  1. Access your subscription details from Account Settings
  2. View your current plan and usage
  3. Upgrade or change plans as needed
  4. Update billing information
